Santa Fe Soup



Brown 1 large Onion & 2 lbs Ground Chuck. Drain.
Transfer to soup kettle/Dutch oven & Add:
1 package dry Ranch Dressing Mix
1-2 packages Taco Seasoning
1 can Diced Tomatoes
2 cans Rotel
1 can Pinto Beans
1 can Light Red Kidney Beans
1 can Black Beans
2 cans White Shoepeg Corn Bold
2 cups water

Simmer

Garnish: Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream & Corn Chips
